Open a preparatory bank account and deposit the required capital. A certified public accountant will then conduct the required capital verification.
Submit the required documents to the competent authority for company registration. Once approved, your company is officially established.
After company registration, you may need to complete tax registration and other requirements. If you hire employees, you will also need to arrange labor and health insurance registration and other related procedures.
